"ADVENTURES FROM REVELSTOKE 7/12/2012"

A couple of our adventures today were quite unexpected and fabulous.  We only drove about 60 miles all day, so with the Road Runner averaging 21.9 miles per gallon, our fuel costs were not too high.  It is warmer here than usual.  Leaving around 10:00 a.m. along with Mr. Sunshine, temperature was already at 74 degrees, climbing to at last 90 degrees in the afternoon.  But, no complaints from us.

Hedi, the owner of The Lamplighter Inn campgrounds where we are staying asked us to pick up some additional brochures for her of Three Valley Gap, as she gave us the last one yesterday when we checked in.  This morning, we went directly to the hotel office at Three Valley Gap and requested the brochures.  Fabulous young lady assisted us, and she gave us a token for both Rod and I to be admitted to their Heritage Ghost Town adventure.  This saved us $20 for doing such a small favor to Hedi.  I tell you, these Candians know how to treat people.

Travel along with us and I will publish a few posts of today's adventures.  These are just a few photos taken outside the special activities of Three Valley Gap.  Definitely more posts coming.
