Flavor Comes from Variety of Olives

Produced in the Mediterranean 

Rod and I Both Liked This Balsamic Vinegar

The Consistency is Very Thick 

and Would Taste Great Over Ice Cream

They Recommend Serving Chocolate Ice Cream
