"MT. BOUCHERIE ESTATE WINERY"

Directly behind Volcanic Hills Winery was Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery.  Another fun adventure here.  Had to have at least one new cookbook on this trip and it was found here.  It is an Italian Cookbook written by Ricardo ???? who has a restaurant just a little north of where we are staying.  I also bought some herb-flavored biscotti.  These should be interesting to try sometime with an appropriate wine.
