"HISTORIC MARKERVILLE CREAMERY

Our final stop on today's adventure led us to the Historic Markerville Creamery.  Here one can recapture Alberta's agricultural past.  We didn't have time to tour the museum, but we did make time to taste their delicious ice cream.  YUM, YUM!  Rod had their Saskatoon Berry flavor, and I opted for two varieties, Old Canadian Moose (vanilla with chunks of chocolate and peanut cups) and the other a Kahlua Chocolate.  We definitely were not disappointed.  One scoop = $3.00.  Two scoops = $4.00.  And, generous scoops they were!  That was my dinner, but not Rod's!

  1. Hey Lady...............even without the comments - your photos are great; however, I think it is time that you put your camera down for awhile and just enjoy the trip and scenery. By the way - sometime back you took a photo of a rainbow over water. Maybe in the next year or so you'll be able to send me a 'real' copy which I can have blown up and framed.
