"PUYALLUP, WA TO WOODBURN, OREGON - 7/22/2012"

From the Elks Lodge in Puyallup, where we were staying, we were on the road early this morning to avoid heavy traffic in the area due to an air show that gets really crowded.  So, at 7:30 a.m. off we went for a 3 hour 15 minute drive to Woodburn, Oregon.  Under cloudy skies, we traveled 188 miles with fuel consumption being 13/mpg.  Temperature was 56 degrees when we left Washington and 60 degrees upon our arrival in Oregon.  By this afternoon, the sun arrived and temperatures reached 70 degrees.

I read a great sign while enroute and that really applies to us:

                                "KNOW BEFORE YOU GO"

By having a plan in place, and implementing it while traveling, we are able to see and do so many things.  So, for us, it does make sense to "Know Before WE Go!"

I hope you enjoy the ride with us today.  These photos were taken from Washington to Oregon this morning.
